These terms govern your use of optilocalai.com and the services of OptiLocal AI, LLC ("OptiLocal", "we"), a Delaware limited liability company. By using the website or our services you agree to these terms.
We provide AI front-desk assistants for local service businesses (text and voice), and related setup and document-preparation services described on our pages. Specific scope, pricing and duration for a customer are confirmed in writing (email or order) before any payment.
Our assistants identify themselves as AI. AI-generated answers can be incomplete or wrong. Assistants answer from the information the business provides and hand off to a human for anything they cannot handle. They do not give medical, legal, tax or immigration advice.
We do not guarantee any particular business result (for example number of bookings or revenue). Our resume and LinkedIn services help present your real experience; we do not promise employment, interviews or any outcome of a job search.
Business customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they give the assistant, for having a lawful basis to communicate with their own clients, and for complying with laws that apply to them (including anti-spam and privacy laws). The service is for answering the business's own clients, not for unsolicited bulk messaging.
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or adult content, to impersonate a human, or to attempt to break or overload the service.
Fees are those confirmed in writing for your order. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and cancellation stops future charges.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, OptiLocal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim.
Call recordings are retained for 30 days and then deleted. If a business customer cancels, we delete that customer's data and call recordings within 30 days after cancellation, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.
