These terms apply to your use of the OptiLocal AI website and service. By requesting a demo or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

OptiLocal AI provides an inbound AI receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, and sends text messages back to callers on behalf of our business customers. We set the service up around each customer’s business.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. There is no long-term contract — you can cancel anytime, and cancellation stops future charges.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and only for legitimate business communications with your own callers. The service answers inbound calls; it is not for unsolicited outbound marketing.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here.
