Privacy Policy

OptiLocal AI (“OptiLocal,” “we,” “us”) provides inbound AI receptionist services to local service businesses. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we handle and why.
Information we handle
- From our business customers: the details needed to set up and run your AI front desk — business name, services, hours, pricing, contact information, and billing details.
- From callers to our customers: when the AI receptionist answers a call on a customer’s behalf, it may process the caller’s phone number, the reason for the call, and appointment details in order to book the job or take a message.
- From this website: standard server logs and any information you choose to send us when you request a demo.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide and improve the service: answering calls, booking appointments, sending texts back to callers, and supporting our customers. We do not sell personal information.
Calls and recordings
Calls are answered by an AI assistant that identifies itself at the start of every call. Where calls are recorded or transcribed, that is disclosed on the call, and we handle it in line with applicable US calling rules.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate (for example, telephony, voice, calendar, and payment providers), and where required by law.
Your choices
Callers can ask not to be contacted again, and we honor those requests. Business customers can request access to or deletion of their account data by emailing us.
